Through Resolution ENRE No. 463/24 (B.O. 07/25/24) the new “Regime for the Allocation of Penalties and Determination of Awards for Objective Quality of the High Voltage Transmission System and for Trunk Distribution for the 2025/2029 tariff period” was approved as from January 1, 2025 (Art. 1°).
