Through Resolution 197/24 of the Ente Nacional Regulador de la Electricidad (B.O. 03/27/23), EMPRESA DISTRIBUIDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA NORTE SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (EDENOR S.A.) and EMPRESA DISTRIBUIDORA SUR SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (EDESUR S.A.) were authorized to incorporate in the Settlements of the Electricity Charge GUDIs and “Complementary Power Adjustment GUDIs” as from the economic transactions of February 2024. ) to include in the Public Service Settlements (LSP) of the users characterized as Large Distributor Users with consumption greater than or equal to 300 KW, (GUDIs) covered by Resolution SE No. 976/23, the amounts calculated monthly by COMPAÑÍA ADMINISTRADORA DEL MERCADO MAYORISTA ELÉCTRICO SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (CAMMESA) as “Cargo Estabilizado GUDIs” and “Ajuste Complementario de Potencia GUDIs” as from the economic transactions of February 2024, providing that such charges shall be identified in a separate line.
