By means of Resolution No. 193/24 (B.O. 02/08/24) the Secretariat of Energy replaced Annexes I, II, III, IV and V of Resolution No. 99/2024 of the Secretariat of Energy of the Ministry of Economy, insofar as they approved: (i) the particular values to be applied to determine the remuneration of thermal generation of the MEMSTDF (ANNEX I); (ii) the remuneration of thermal enabled generation (ANNEX II); (iii) the remuneration of hydroelectric enabled generation and from other energy sources (ANNEX III); (iv) the remuneration of hydroelectric plants managed by binational entities (ANNEX IV); (v) the conditions for repayment/return of financing for major and/or extraordinary maintenance (ANNEX V) (Art. 1°)
