Through Resolution No. 233/24 (B.O. 08/30/24), the Secretariat of Energy established a provisional remuneration system for electricity generation. In this way, it replaced Annexes I, II, III, IV and V of Resolution No. 193/2024, for those established in Annexes I (Base Price to remunerate the Power at the values set forth for each technology and scale, Tierra del Fuego System), II (remuneration of the thermal generation), III (remuneration of the thermal enabled generation), III (remuneration of the hydroelectric enabled generation and from the hydroelectric enabled generation) and III (remuneration of the hydroelectric enabled generation and from the hydroelectric enabled generation); III (remuneration of hydroelectric enabled generation and from other energy sources), IV (remuneration of hydroelectric power plants managed by binational entities) and V (repayment/return of financing for major and/or extraordinary maintenance) (Art. 1°).
