Through Resolution 3/24 (B.O. 29-10-2024), the Secretariat of Energy and Mining Coordination of the Ministry of Economy established the minimum bioethanol purchase prices for its mandatory blending with naphtha. The price of sugar cane-based bioethanol was set at SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVENTY SEVENTY FIVE HUNDRED AND SIXTY FOUR THOUSANDTHS ($670.564) per liter, and corn-based bioethanol at SIX HUNDRED FOURTEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY SIX THOUSANDTHS ($614.596) per liter (sections 1 and 2). These prices shall be in force during the month of October 2024 and until they are replaced by new values, within the framework of Law 27.640, which regulates the biofuel activity in the Argentine Republic.
