On August 4, 2023, Law No. 27,669 was published in the Official Gazette. The purpose of the Law is to establish the chain of production and national commercialization and export of the Cannabis plant, its seeds and derived products, which are used for medicinal purposes, as well as for scientific research and industrial use, thus promoting the national development of the sector’s productive chain.
