On September 19, 2024, General Resolution No. 1016/2024 issued by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, whereby it regulated the rules governing the Private Offering of negotiable securities within the framework of the provisions of the third paragraph of Section 82 of Law No. 26,831.
