On August 21, 2024, General Resolution No. 1014/2024 of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, whereby it establishes details on the asset regularization regime, with respect to the opening of special asset regularization accounts, within the framework of the Palliative and Relevant Tax Measures Law No. 27,743.
