On December 19, 2024, Resolution 567/2024 of the Secretariat of Energy was published in the Official Gazette, whereby the previous calls for the appointment of members of the boards of directors of the National Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENRE) and the National Gas Regulatory Entity (ENARGAS), made through Resolutions of the Secretariat of Energy 161/2024 and 175/2024, respectively, were annulled.
