By means of Resolution 557/2023 the Secretariat of Energy (SE) resolved the application of a special credit regime in homogeneous measurement unit for those Distributing Agents of the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM) and of the MEM of the Tierra del Fuego system (MEM STDF) that as of September 30, 2022 have no debt with CAMMESA or that their debt is lower than an average transaction of the Distributor for the year 2022.
