Through Resolution 705/2024 (B.O. 10/24/24) the Ente Nacional Regulador del Gas (hereinafter ENARGAS) resolved to establish that in those cases in which the Gas Distribution Licensees have idle or underutilized firm contracted transportation capacity over the pipelines of TRANSPORTADORA DE GAS DEL NORTE S.A. and/or TRANSPORTADORA DE GAS DEL SUR S.A. and need to supply gas from other points different from those originally contracted with such Transporters, it shall not be applicable to apply the Interchange and Displacement (ED) transportation tariff, and need to be supplied with gas from other points different from those originally contracted with said Transporters, the Exchange and Displacement (ED) transportation tariff shall not apply.
