Last October 3, Resolution No. 827/2023 of the Secretariat of Energy was published in the Official Gazette amending Resolution SE No. 808/2023, which had incorporated in an extraordinary and transitory manner, to the EXPORT INCREASE PROGRAM goods included in certain tariff positions of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (conf. art. 1 of Resolution SE No. 808/2023).
