The Government extended the term for the repatriation of foreign assets to achieve the reduction of tax rates on assets located abroad, under the Personal Property Tax regime, until April 30, 2024, as established in Decree 281 published today in the Official Gazette.
Originally, the term ended on March 31, 2024.
