Mónica Orlando is in charge of the French Desk, which aims to strengthen the ties between the French and Argentine business communities, thus working to promote commercial and cultural exchanges between these two nations. She advises clients in all areas of business law (such as corporate law, company law and commercial law) both locally and internationally.
Mónica has an extensive professional background in the field of business law, with a particular focus on relations between Argentina and France. She also maintains an active relationship with the French Embassy in Buenos Aires and with various associations and institutions representing France and other French-speaking communities in Argentina, which allows her to be in daily contact with the French community.
Throughout her career, she has worked in various law firms, mainly as a lawyer at Bardehle Pagenberg in Paris, associate lawyer at Brons & Salas in Buenos Aires, and as partner in charge of the DS Avocats office in Argentina for 15 years.
Mónica is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) from the University of Montpellier (France).
She is the author of several articles in magazines specialized in Intellectual Property.
