Maria Fernanda Derudder is an Associate in the Public Law and Economic Regulation Area. She joined the firm in 2022.
Previously, she worked as a Paralegal in the Ministry of Education of the Nation.
She graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
Currently, she is completing a Master’s degree in Administrative Law and Public Administration at Universidad de Buenos Aires.
Fernanda did an internship in the legal area of the NGO Poder Ciudadano, focused on issues of public interest and compliance.
She also participated in an academic research project on Public Law entitled “Forms of Freedom” and was a teaching assistant in the Philosophy of Law course “Ideology and Law”, both at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).
