Joaquín M. Trillo is a lawyer in the Public Law and Economic Regulation Area. He joined the firm in 2024.
Mr. Trillo’s practice focuses on administrative law, specializing in public procurement of goods and services as well as infrastructure.
Previously, he worked as a paralegal in another law firm and has ten years of experience as a lawyer in various agencies of the National Public Administration.
He is a lawyer graduated from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).
He holds a Diploma in Federal Public Works from the Fundación para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (FECIC), a Specialization in Local and Federal State Law at the Procuración General de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (PGCABA) and a Specialization in State Legal Advice at the Escuela del Cuerpo de Abogados del Estado de la Procuración del Tesoro de la Nación (PTN).
He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law (MDA) at Universidad Austral.
Joaquín was an assistant professor of the subject “Sources of International Law” at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires, and has participated in the drafting of a new National Public Works Law (2023).
