Francisco M. Astolfi is a Partner in the Litigation Department; he joined the firm in 2006. Mr. Astolfi specializes in Procedural Law, and in Contentious Civil and Commercial matters.
In 1989, he worked in the Argentine Judicial Branch, and was subsequently part of several professional firms.
Between 1991 and 2006, he worked in the Argentine Bureau of Legal Issues of the Argentine Attorney General Office (Dirección Nacional de Asuntos Judiciales de la Procuración del Tesoro de la Nación) and, simultaneously from 1997 to 2006, at García Pullés, Calatrava & Asociados Law Firm, thus gaining experience on complex legal proceedings as well as on the management of large litigation portfolios.

He is a lawyer graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law and Public Law Practice, awarded by the state attorney’s association Escuela del Cuerpo de Abogados del Estado, and a Post-graduate Degree in Medical Liability from Universidad Austral.
He attended several congresses on Civil and Commercial Procedural Law. He also participated in various courses and seminars, mainly in Constitutional, Administrative, Procedural, Civil Liability and Consumer Law matters.
His practice has been recognized by the following international publications:
He delivered lectures on topics related to Procedural Law at the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association and at the national meetings of Procedural Studies Associations that took place in Chaco and Santa Fe.
Mr. Francisco Astolfi also taught at the Escuela de Cuerpo de Abogados del Estado as visiting professor where was in charge of teaching the course on Procedural Evidence.
