Ernesto Genco joined the firm in May 2005 and has been a partner of the firm since May 2014.
His practice focuses on foreign investments, start-ups, joint ventures, reorganizations, M&A, corporate conflicts and general corporate advice to local and foreign clients in different industries, including companies listed in the Fortune 500 ranking.
He coordinates Pro Bono cases of the firm.
He is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina and holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Economic Law from the same university.
In 2015, he attended the “Academy of American and International Law” professional update program, Institute for International and Comparative Law, sponsored by The Center for American and International Law, Dallas, Texas.

He worked as a teaching assistant in the Civil Law III (Contracts) course at Universidad Católica Argentina (2000), chair in charge of José María Gastaldi, Esq., and since 2006 he has been a mentor of the Premaster’s course at Universidad Austral. Since June 2013, he has been a teaching assistant in the Civil and Business Corporations course at Universidad de Buenos Aires, chair in charge of Ricardo A. Nissen, Esq.
