Dolores Soler joined O’Farrell in 2015 and she is a member of the Litigation Department.

She specializes in civil and commercial law. In this area, she advises clients regarding complex litigations and judicial or arbitration proceedings, including collective actions. She also provides advice in all areas of commercial and civil law regarding the drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements.

Dolores has a vast experience providing legal advice to several companies from the automotive, power, oil, gas, pharmaceutical, retail commerce and medical attention industry.

From 2003 to 2015, she worked as senior associate in Estudio Fiorito -local firm- advising companies involved in complex corporate conflicts and bankruptcy procedures.

She graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 2002. She took several post-graduate courses.
