Carlos Repetto is an Accountant specialized in taxation, who joined our Tax Department in July 2011, dedicating himself to tax advice.
From February 1980 to June 2011, he was Planning and Tax Analysis Manager of Ford Argentina SCA, having joined the company in 1974. He is an Active Member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies (AAEF).
He was represented Ford Argentina in the Comisión Impositiva de la Asociación de Fábrica de Automotores (Tax Commission of the Automotive Factory Association) until June 2011 and was president of the association in 1986/7 and 2004/5.
He was Ford’s representative in the Tax and Legal Committee of the US Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) until June 2011, currently he is a member of the same committee representing O´Farrell.
He graduated as a Public Accountant from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1972 and has carried out tax specialization studies in the Instituto Superior de Estudios Tributarios (ISET) during 1973 and 1974.
He is currently a postgraduate professor of the subject “Contabilidad de la Tributación Corporativa” of the Master in Tax Law at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT). He was professor of the subject “Impuestos y Finanzas I” of the Economic Sciences School of the Universidad de Buenos Aires in the course of studies of Public Accountant. Currently, he is a member of the UTDT Tax Net Worth, a tax and academic research group of the Master in Tax Law at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
He is exhibitor in various conferences and seminars on tax specialty topics.
