The National Securities Commission, through General Resolution No. 961/2023 dated May 19, 2023, incorporated new amendments to the Regualations (N.T. 2013 and mod.) of the CNV.
Among the main changes is the replacement of Article 25 of Section III of Chapter I of Title V, which establishes the periodic documentation that must be submitted to the CNV.
