On July 3, 2023, General Resolution No. 967/2023 issued by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, whereby amendments were made to different articles of the Rules (N.T. 2013 and amendments thereto), in order to introduce changes to the regulatory framework applicable to Trading Agents.
