The law firm´s Labor and Social Security practice has extensive experience in providing advice on labor-related issues.  Our lawyers have in-depth and thorough knowledge in this field which enables them to provide adequate solutions to maximize operations while minimizing risks and conflict situations.

We provide advice to major domestic and international businesses in a wide range of activities, including the automobile, pharmaceutical, electric energy, oil and gas, retail, construction, prepaid health care, and telecommunications fields. The team successfully handles a significant portfolio of lawsuits and specializes in counseling and representing clients in individual claims and also in handling collective disputes, including the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.

Amiable relations and ongoing communications with trade unions and officials from the Ministry of Labor ensure the best conditions for the negotiation of new industry-specific and enterprise agreements and for the settlement of collective labor conflicts.
