On May 28, 2024, Resolution No. 98/2024 of the Secretariat of Industry and Commerce was published in the Official Gazette, approving the Regulations for the Execution of the Leniency Program provided for in Chapter VIII of Law No. 27,442.
Thus, after a public consultation process at the request of the National Commission for the Defense of Competition, the final version of the Regulations was finally approved.
