On May 8, 2024, Resolution 58/2024 of the Secretariat of Energy was published in the Official Gazette, whereby a payment regime was established for the balance of the economic transactions of the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM) for December 2023, January 2024 and February 2024 corresponding to MEM Creditors. Likewise, Resolution 66/2024 of the Secretariat of Energy was published, which introduced modifications to Resolution 58/2024.
