Through Resolution of the Secretariat of Energy No. 161/24 (B.O. 07/16/24; hereinafter “the Resolution”), the call for a public tender for the appointment of members of the ENTE NACIONAL REGULADOR DE LA ELECTRICIDAD (ENRE), duly approved by Resolution SE No. 607/23, was cancelled and a new public tender was called for the appointment of members of the Board of Directors of the ENRE, for the positions of President, Vice-president and First Member.
