On November 14, 2022, Resolution 771/2022 of the Secretariat of Energy was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic. By means of the Resolution, a Public Hearing was called in order to evaluate the prices of natural gas with respect to the portion of natural gas to be taken by the State.
This was decided within the framework of Decree 892/2020 that declared the promotion of Argentine natural gas production a national public interest and a primary goal of Argentina. The Decree also approved the Gas.AR Plan.
