On October 30, 2023, Resolution 869/2023 of the Secretariat of Energy was published in the Official Gazette, adjusting as from November 2023 the remuneration of generation not committed in any type of contract established in Resolution SE No. 826/2022, modifying the provisions of Resolution SE No. 750/202.
