The Secretariat of Domestic Trade issued Resolution No. 115/2022 by which it decided to declare ALLIANCE S.A.S., GRISÚ S.A. and POWERLINK S.R.L. liable for the commission of a collusive agreement to fix prices and share the market in accordance with the provisions of article 1 and article 2, paragraphs a) and c) of Law No. 25.156. By virtue of this, it imposed a fine of PESOS 150,000,000 on ALLIANCE S.A.S. and a fine of PESOS 90,331,014.38 on GRISÚ S.A. As for POWERLINK S.R.L., it decided to exempt it from the fine sanction based on the evidence provided and the cooperation given during the proceedings.
