Decree Nª 70/23 repeals several regulations such as law on mixed economy companies, national procurement, the law on state-owned companies, among others. Additionally, it mandates the transformation of all companies or enterprises with state participation into corporations, subject to Law 19.550 “Ley General de Sociedades”. Furthermore, modifications were made in relation to AEROLÍNEAS ARGENTINAS S.A.
