Through Resolution 136/25, published on 03/31/25 in the Official Gazette, the Energy Secretariat (SE) of the Ministry of Economy (MECON) approved the Guidelines for the Allocation of Incremental Capacity in the Perito Francisco Pascasio Moreno Gas Pipeline (GPM) and in the Final Sections of the system operated by Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (TGS) as Annex I. These guidelines establish the criteria and procedures for the allocation of additional capacity generated by the expansion works of the GPM and the complementary infrastructures in the final sections of the TGS system.
