By means of Resolution 756/2023, the National Communications Agency (ENACOM) declared the frequency band between 5925 and 7125 MHz to be for shared use, without individual authorization requirements for the operation of wireless access systems.
The resolution mentions that the cases of the United States, Canada, Brazil, Peru and Colombia, countries that also opted for unlicensed use in their regulations on the matter, were taken into account.
