Decree No. 70/23 makes multiple regulatory repeals that tend to deregulate the economy. In this newsletter we focus on describing the changes produced under the title of economic deregulation and bioeconomy, without prejudice that there are other modifications in specific matters that pursue the same purpose and are analyzed in other newsletters.
