Decree No. 2172/2012, which created the “REGISTRY OF SUBSIDIES AND INCENTIVES” (Section 1°), was repealed by Decree 684/24 (B.O. 01/08/24).
The purpose of such registry was to provide a view of the set of policies related to production incentives, making it possible to evaluate their consistency in terms of goals and objectives, their degree of compliance, the economic, social and distributive impacts and the magnitude of the resources that the State periodically allocates to these purposes.
