On February 13, 2025, General Resolution No. 1054/2025 of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic. The purpose of this Resolution is to update the regulations, analysis and procedures for the authorization, suspension and cancellation of the listing and trading of marketable securities that the Markets must issue and submit for prior approval by the CNV.
This General Resolution shall become effective on February 14, 2025.
