By means of CNV General Resolution No. 1055/2025, published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on 02/19/2025, the Argentine Securities Commission (“CNV”) regulated the “Procedure for the Automatic Authorization of Public Offering of Closed-end Mutual Funds”, which in turn had been subject to a public consultation of Participatory Rule Making by means of CNV General Resolution No. 1042/2024.
