On August 30, 2024, General Resolution No. 1015/2024 of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, through which the procedure for the participative elaboration of regulations was opened, in order to establish the rules for the referencing of clients, advertising of services, capitation of orders and contact with clients.
