On August 12, 2024, General Resolution No. 1012/2024 (the “RG 1012/2024”) issued by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission (the “CNV”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, establishing new guidelines for setting the equitable price in the tender offer. It is worth mentioning that the CNV, through General Resolution No. 1007/2024 (the “RG 1007/2024”) opened a public consultation procedure regarding the proposed regulation on the provisions on the guidelines for the determination of the equitable price in tender offers, in order for interested parties to make their comments.
