By means of Provision 2/2023 of the Undersecretariat of Information Technologies under the Office of the Chief of Staff approved the “Recommendations for a Reliable Artificial Intelligence” in order to establish rules that guarantee the benefits of technological developments and improve their use for all sectors of society, strengthening the capacities for innovation, development and the production of technological solutions.
