On 04/14/2025, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) issued General Resolution No. 1062/2025, whereby it amended Articles 2, 3 and 6 TER of Chapter V, Title XVIII of the Regulations (N.T. 2013 and amendments thereto), within the framework of the capital market standardization process regarding transactions with marketable securities with settlement in foreign currency.
