Decree 90/25, published on 02/17/25, establishes a regulatory framework to carry out a comprehensive process of review, repeal and consolidation of the regulations in force within the jurisdictions and entities included in Section 8°, subsection a) of Law 24,156 (centralized and decentralized National Administration). This decree is part of the policies promoted by Decree 70/2023 and Law 27.742 (Law “de Bases y Puntos de Partida para la Libertad de los Argentinos”
