By means of Decree No. 1020/24 (Official Gazette of November 14, 24) it was resolved that, as from 30 days from the date of publication of the Decree in the Official Gazette, the ENTE NACIONAL DE OBRAS HÍDRICAS DE SANEAMIENTO (ENOHSA) will be dissolved.
The Decree also stated that, after that date, the law which created ENOHSA (Law No. 24583) and the Decree which approved its by-laws (Decree No. 107/97) will be repealed.
