By means of CNV General Resolution No. 1035/2024 and its clarifying note published in the Official Gazette on 12/05/2024 and 12/06/2024 respectively, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) introduced significant changes in the procedures and deadlines for compliance with the reporting duties of shareholdings in issuers.
