Our Fintech & Digital Assets area has vast experience in the industry representing fintechs, payment service providers (PSPs) and virtual asset service providers (PSAVs), from start-ups, global crypto-asset platforms, tokenization platforms, issuers and investors in the crypto-asset industry.
We provide advice on the setting up in Argentina of PSAVs and their registration before CNV and UIF, and PSPs before the BCRA, covering all the issues that arise, both regulatory compliance and ramp structures for the onboarding of users to their platforms, offering prepaid cards against FIAT or crypto currencies, in terms of data protection and licensing. Since 2019 we have pioneered the structuring of tokenizations of a broad spectrum of assets, such as real estate and commodities, grains, energy and meat among others, the issuance of cryptocurrencies and NFTs.
