On October 3, 2024, General Resolution No. 1022/2024 of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission (the “CNV”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, amending the requirements for the transfer of marketable securities issued by residents to foreign depositary entities.
