O’Farrell is pleased to announce that Jorge Luis Ariza has joined the firm as a new partner to lead the new Infrastructure practice area with a main focus on investments in the energy and natural resources sector and other economic activities that require construction projects of industrial facilities under private management schemes.

His practice, together with the firm’s team of professionals, will aim to work closely with our local clients and international investors in all stages of investment projects, including risk management, negotiation and administration of relevant contracts and the resolution of construction disputes.

Jorge has more than 25 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, having participated in international mega investment projects for the construction and refurbishment of all types of hydrocarbon, mining, renewable energy and industrial facilities collaborating with renowned companies such as Techint, Reficar/Ecopetrol, Foster Wheeler, Wood, Ambatovy/Sumitomo and Pan American Energy, among others.
