The ENRE cancelled any authorisation it had granted to include in Edenor’s and Edesur’s invoices items to be charged that were not related to this federal service.

Through Resolution No. 708/24 (B.O. 08/10/24) the Ente Nacional Regulador de la Electricidad resolved to cancel any authorization granted by this Entity in order to include in the invoices issued by Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte Sociedad Anónima (EDENOR S. A.) and Empresa Distribuidora Sur Sociedad Anónima (EDESUR S.A.) for the electric power distribution service they provide, items to be charged that are not related to such service of a federal nature (Section 1).
