On October 1, 2024, General Resolution No. 1020/2024 of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission (the “CNV”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, simplifying the special regime for the dual listing of foreign companies by eliminating certain requirements to attract foreign issuers to list their shares in Argentina.
