Through General Resolution No. 1018/2024, the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission, once again provided for the substitution of Articles 2° and 6° ter of Chapter V of Title XVIII of the Regulations (N.T. 2013 and amendments thereto), in connection with the sale of marketable securities with settlement in foreign currency and their connection with surety bonds; and the operations of clients with C.D.I. or C.I.E. and C.U.I.T., respectively.
