On August 16, 2024, General Resolution No. 1013/2024 of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, whereby Multilateral Credit Institutions are incorporated as ”Guarantee Entities” for Capital Market instruments.
